We are deep in inversion layer season here in Alexandra and dreaming of Bali!

Alas the pruning still needs to be done, we have spreadsheets for the kid’s winter sports activities, and we have bottling to be done! The 2025 white and rose vintages will be bottled in September and the pinot is lying low in the barrels.
